The Fair began as the collective effort of Barrington farmers and like minded individuals who have a vision to provide NH with an Agricultural Fair that blends NH’s rich Natural Heritage with the wonderful advances in Sustainable Living that our state has made and can continue to make in the future.

Just checked this out and I would love to help in some way. Time is short with the kids, and although we’re all watching our money these days I’m sure I could spare some for this event. Is there anything in particular I can sponsor or help with?

The Barrington Recreation Department will be running family oriented games both days at 11:15 and 2:15 for 45 minutes. Perhaps they could use an extra set of hands. Also we will have a tent for people to leave their shopping bags so they can shop and not have to carry around everything the whole day. I have not figured out how this will work yet but perhaps helping with that for a short while would work. Most importantly, attending the fair is helping out agriculture. Farmers have been experiencing low volume at many markets and purchasing local food is a strong vote for local farming. thanks Lindi
