Join Us For Barrington’s Natural Heritage & Agriculture Fair

When: Saturday  & Sunday; Aug 28 – 29, 2010

Location: Warren Farm,Barrington NH-2 miles West of the Lee circle off rt 4

Time: 10:00 – 4:00   Rain or Shine

What To Expect: No admission fee, donation cans only.

  • Farmers Market with Many Vendors – Great, Fresh, Locally Grown Food
  • Mule Team Hayrides with Maine Farmer
  • Music & English Country Dancing Exhibitions
  • Family oriented children’s games at 11am and 2pm both days
  • Talks – Saturday @12pm Dr John Carroll,
  • Saturday @3pm UNH Colsa Dean and Assoc Dean share about new UNH community sustainability  programs,
  • Sunday @12pm Amy Antonucci talks about bees
  • Educational Displays – Information about Agriculture, Land Conservation, Energy Sustainability, and “Living Local”
  • Nature Walk w/ Scott Young- daily @1pm- learn about birds, plants, snakes, dragon flies and more.
  • Heirloom Farm Animals–Q &A w/ Farmer
  • Local artisans display and sell their products
  • Face painting with Pat Morse
  • Working Steer demo – Sunday only
  • Traditional blacksmithing demo
